We propose you different types of coatings, focused on
supporting private individuals, liberal professions or students, but also the managers and operational teams who want to develop new perspectives while respecting their colleagues. The coaching process adapts to each case and need.

  • Analyzing your needs
  • Contract specifying each party’s commitment and the tailored coaching responses
  • Face-to-face interviews (three to fifteen of them based on needs) with evaluation to measure progress. Distance support also possible (Skype, telephone).
